Welcome to AutoReach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoReach platform, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and AI-powered content distribution services (collectively, the "Service"). By using AutoReach, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

By creating an account or using AutoReach, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use AutoReach. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

AutoReach offers tiered subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or distribute through AutoReach. By using the Service, you grant AutoReach a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to violate any platform's terms (Meta, X, etc.)

AutoReach, its logo, AI models, and software are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

AutoReach integrates with social media platforms and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via dashboard settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AUTOREACH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoReach harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
